The ratings on our website are based on customers’ experience with the insurance provider before, during and after the trip, and all of the providers have at least a 4 out of 5 star rating. We allow you the chance to rate your provider once you have returned from your trip.
We also base our ratings on the experience our customer had with their claim, if they filed a claim for their trip.
All of the providers on our website come with a Zero Complaint Guarantee. In the event of a complaint, Squaremouth will mediate with the insurance provider on your behalf. Unless the complaint is resolved to Squaremouth’s satisfaction, the provider will be removed from our website.
